The lovely Hazel is one of Taesia Steele Presents favorite models. She received alot of good reviews and alot of hits. I got personal with her and asked her a few questions about herself. As it turns out this beautiful woman is a mother of three. Her little princess is 4 1/2 and her two princes are 2 and 8 months. Here's the interview that I had with this darling lady.
Are you a single mom? Nothing wrong with that and i'm not trying to stereotype, but if you are, it just proves that women can be successful raising their families and handling their business without the help of a man.
With my first child I was a single mom for awhile but I feel like all the same responsibilities are there whether you have some help or not. I think being a single mom helps you bond with your baby more as opposed to having someone on your side you also have to share time with and thats a big benefit to me.
I agree with that 100%! Do you find it harder to get modeling because of having a child?
Only if assignments are giving to me in the last minute because my children come first and I have to plan around them.
Of course. Do you want your child to be in the limelight with you or you want to shelter your child?
Right now, I'd like to keep them away because there so young but as they get older, I would love to have them in the light with me...ABSOLUTELY!
What is your perspective of being a young mother?
No different than a mother of any other age...I no longer come first but my dreams and goals are not going to change or differ if it's something I really want and am able to still work at and accomplish.
I agree with you completely. What type of mother would your child tell us you were?
Well, my daughter would tell you that I'm a silly girl who takes care of her and her brothers and buys my hair at the store, lol.
Lol. How do you plan on having your modeling and other work benefit your child?
Hopefully, I reach a point where I am consistent enough with well paying assignments that I can continue to save for their college funds. I want to try my best to make sure they're are set by the time they graduate. Plus, I want them to see that just because plans don't always go according doesn't mean it's end game. You just make a new strategy and work with what you have.
